Job summary

LTM seeks a Specialist with 5–7 years of Java and React experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications. You will work across core Java, React, and cloud tech with domain knowledge in investment banking.

The role involves collaboration with DevOps, building RESTful APIs, and driving best practices in architecture and security. Hybrid work model with London and Warsaw offices is available.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Java and React.
• Experience with cloud-native applications, AWS, Kubernetes.
• Investment banking domain knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development within the React/Java/Cloud Native skill cluster.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and gRPC services for frontend-backend integration.
• Collaborate with DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes and AWS.
• Mentor junior developers in Core Java, ReactJS, Kafka and cloud-native best practices.
• Ensure security and compliance in development; optimize performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead development initiatives within the ReactJavaCloud Native skill cluster Design and implement RESTful APIs and gRPC services to ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend systems Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to support CICD pipelines and automate deployments using Kubernetes and AWS Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on Core Java ReactJS Kafka and cloudnative best practices Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives Ensure adherence to security compliance standards and best practices in application development Optimize application performance and scalability based on monitoring and feedback Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain high system availability Apply investment banking domain knowledge particularly in risk management to align technical solutions with business needs
