A local authority in England is seeking a part-time Educational Psychologist to support children's wellbeing through psychological services in educational and community settings. Responsibilities include training, group work, and direct mentoring. Candidates must be qualified Educational Psychologists with HCPC registration. The position offers flexible working arrangements and development opportunities across services.
0.8 FTE, Permanent (Part‑time applications will also be considered)
Soulbury EP B scale (Point 4‑7 + 3SPAs) This is an exciting opportunity to work with the trailblazing Community Educational Psychology Service. You will assist Bury Council’s Community Educational Psychology Service in the delivery of psychological services and support to education and community settings.
The service has some links with the Salford and Tameside Educational Psychology Service and there will be development opportunities across all services and support from other Educational Psychologists.
Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week, with this post being 0.8FTE. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis.
