Specialist 1:1 Teaching Assistant Sittingbourne

Supply Desk are supporting a welcoming primary school in Sittingbourne that requires a specialist Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a Key Stage 1 pupil. This rewarding role focuses on supporting a child with speech and language difficulties and Autism (ASD), helping them access learning and develop essential communication and social skills. The position starts immediately and continues until the end of the academic year.

About the Role

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will deliver tailored support to meet the pupil’s individual needs, working closely with the class teacher and SENCO. You’ll play a key role in creating a structured, positive environment that promotes progress in both academic and personal development.
