This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, hands-on professional to oversee the school's premises, facilities, health and safety, and day-to-day site operations.

The successful candidate must have strong premises management experience, excellent IT skills and the ability to keep the school running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will:

Have strong previous experience in premises management, ideally within a school or educational setting.

Have excellent knowledge of health and safety, site security and facilities management.

Be confident using IT systems and computer software to manage site operations, records, reports and maintenance requests.

Be comfortable using digital systems for administration and communication.

Be confident overseeing building maintenance, repairs and general site operations.

Have strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Be proactive in identifying and resolving premises-related issues.

Be comfortable working within a specialist SEN environment.

Location: Lambeth, South London

Hours: Full-time, rotating weekly shifts:

One week: 7:30am-3:30pm

Following week: 10:00am-6:00pm

Contract: Full-time, with the potential to become permanent
