We are seeking an organised, technically proficient, and service‑oriented individual to join the Institute of Education programme team as a Specialist Programme Administrator. Working within Faculty Professional Services and with academics to deliver the vision of the Institute of Education, the post holder will contribute to ensuring our students have the best possible education and experience.
The post holder will support the team in the day‑to‑day business of the Institute of Education, providing the administrative services that are required for events, activities, meetings, conferences, and longer‑term projects. They will also undertake data gathering, analysis and reporting alongside financial and staffing administration.
Our ideal candidate will be educated to at least A‑level standard or equivalent and have experience in systems administration or technical support, ideally within an educational or administrative environment. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to quickly learn and manage digital systems are essential. Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a flexible, proactive approach to work are key attributes for success in this role. This role will require excellent administrative and organisational skills and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
