This is an exciting opportunity to join Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (HIOWH). We are seeking a hands‑on and passionate pharmacist to provide a specialist pharmacy service to inpatient wards/dispensary. St Mary's Hospital (Portsmouth) has a new dispensary and modern working environment. Our teams are supportive, friendly and inclusive. We are open to considering part time.
In addition to providing specialist pharmacy service, you will have the opportunity to be involved in revolutionising how we manage medicines, with a particular focus on ensuring clinical safety, medicines incidents review, and improvement projects. HIOWH have rolled out EPMA to inpatient wards in the last few years but are committed to post implementation continuous improvement.
Full induction and a period of shadowing will be provided.
