Job summary

Provide CIC in Chelmsford is recruiting a Specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist (Grade 6) on a full-time permanent basis. The role is based at Kestrel House, with potential school/home visits and collaboration with families and teaching staff.

The post offers specialist Paediatric OT duties, ongoing supervision, appraisals and opportunities to access online services where appropriate. NHS Pension eligibility is provided.

Qualifications

• BSc(Hons) Occupational Therapy or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• Registered with the Health Professions Council (HCPC).
• At least 5 years' experience as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Carry out OT assessments and develop treatment plans for children.
• Provide hands-on treatment and age-appropriate activities to improve function.
• Coordinate care with schools, families and other professionals.
