Bupa Dental Care is seeking a Specialist Orthodontist to join Steeple Grange Practice in Matlock on a self-employed basis, delivering high-quality orthodontic care to a mix of private and insured patients.

The role offers strong private earning potential, access to in-house CPD, business support, and a structured referral network to help you grow your private services.

Qualifications

• Specialist Orthodontist required with current specialist status and relevant registration.
• Ability to work on a self-employed basis delivering high-quality orthodontic care.
• Experience in private dentistry and patient-focused treatment planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist orthodontic care to private and insured patients.
• Develop and grow private orthodontic services within the practice.
• Collaborate with support staff and marketing team to grow the private practice.
