Overview

Responsibilities

• Assess and support young people facing mental health challenges and co‑morbid neurodevelopmental conditions.
• Deliver individual and group occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborate across professional boundaries with multidisciplinary team members.
• Supervision from a Lead Occupational Therapist with access to a wealth of knowledge from colleagues.
• Mentour the next generation of practitioners through our student placement programme.

Qualifications and Expectations

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
• Enthusiasm and commitment to working with young people.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to connect with children, young people and families.
• Experience in mental health or paediatrics valued but not essential.
• Evidence‑based and reflective practice attuned to modern occupational therapy standards.
