A leading NHS organization in Cornwall is seeking a Specialist Occupational Therapist/ Physiotherapist to deliver care as part of the Integrated Community Stroke Service. You will provide specialist assessments and individualized care plans to promote recovery in patients post-stroke. Candidates should possess relevant professional qualifications, experience in the NHS, particularly in stroke care, and a commitment to enhancing service delivery.

As part of the Integrated Community Stroke Service you will be required to participate in the delivery of Occupational Therapy/ Physiotherapy as part of the Integrated Community Stroke Service team, providing specialist assessments and associated care for patients across a defined geographical area. There may be need to provide countywide cover on occasion.
