Qualifications

• Provide independent specialist assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management for complex patients.

Responsibilities

• Act independently to provide a full comprehensive specialist OT service for a complex range of patients referred to the service.
• Supervise occupational therapists, assistant practitioners, clinical support workers and occupational therapy students.
• Develop and deliver training programmes for carers and significant others in understanding the therapy process and interventions.
• Ensure compliance with PVG Scheme requirements and UK work eligibility policies.
