Sterling Cross Ltd. is seeking a Specialist Occupational Therapist to work with children and young people with complex needs in Hillingdon. You will conduct specialist assessments and interventions, collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

The role offers the option of full-time or term-time hours, with opportunities to contribute to training and the ongoing development of therapy practice within the service.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration required with current status.
• Significant post-qualification experience at senior level (Band 7+).
• Experience supporting children and young people with complex needs.
• Supervision, training and mentoring experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialist assessment and intervention for children and young people with complex needs.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to plan care.
• Contribute to training and consultation within the service.
• Support development of therapy practice across the multidisciplinary team.

This is an opportunity to use your specialist skills to support children and young people with complex needs.

You’ll provide specialist assessment and intervention, work closely with families and professionals, contribute to training and consultation, and support the development of therapy practice across the service.

Term-time or full-time working options available.

About You:

• BSc or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
• Full HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Significant post-qualification experience at senior level (Band 7 and above)
• Experience supporting children & young people with complex needs
• Supervision, training and mentoring experience
• Unrestricted UK Right to work; please note, no visa sponsorship is available for this role
