The Children's Therapiesservice provides Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Care Co-ordination services toCYP aged 0-19., o Provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of holistic care linked to packages of prescribed care oridentified projects.oSupport in the supervision and development of staff.oActively work as a member of the children's therapies team to provide high quality care to service users.oAct as lead and support for care co-ordinators, managing the care co-ordination pathwaysWork with key colleagues (ie education and health) in order to support multi agency models of service delivery.The successful applicant will join our friendly therapies team. We offerregular clinical governance days where all localities come together to share knowledge, skills and CPD experiences.
