About the Role

Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team and undertake the crisis assessment of young people, develop care plans and provide psychological interventions in relation to the young person’s presenting need.
- Lead and supervise interventions provided by junior staff.
- Support young people during inpatient care to facilitate early discharge, working closely with the CAMHS Inspire Inpatient Service.
- Attend additional training related to in‑patient working to support joint working.
Qualifications
- Experience working with young people with emotional or mental health difficulties, or in a mental health urgent care/crisis/intensive setting (essential).
- Band 6 Specialist Nurse (desired).
- Strong engagement and communication skills.
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week, 07:00‑19:30, with flexibility expected.
