Responsibilities:
  • Produce precise and readable notes for lectures, seminars, tutorials, and group work (handwritten or typed, as needed).
  • Review notes post‑lecture to ensure accessibility.
  • Maintain a professional demeanour and relationship with the student.
  • Prioritise student needs while adhering to institutional policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Randstad to address student concerns promptly and maintain confidentiality, sharing relevant information to optimise student support.
Requirements:

  • Personal laptop for note‑taking and email delivery to students

The work will cover the below dates and times as soon as possible:

  • Mondays - 10:00-13:30
  • Tuesdays - 11:00-13:00
  • Thursdays - 9:00-11:00 + 13:30-15:00
  • Fridays - 16:30-18:00

Successful applicants will participate in an interview, followed by a typing test and note‑taking assessment.
