A leading support services provider is looking for reliable individuals to provide note-taking support to students with disabilities in Manchester. This part-time role includes responsibilities such as producing accurate notes and maintaining professionalism. Applicants must possess great typing, spelling, and organisational skills. Randstad are looking for reliable and committed individuals to work at universities within the Greater Manchester area. You will be providing specialist note‑taker support for students with disabilities in these universities.
Working as a specialist note taker you will be providing an essential service to students whilst having the chance to learn something new everyday.
Providing note‑taking support to students living with disabilities/mental health conditions. Your responsibilities will include:
You will work closely with Randstad regarding the needs of individual students, and to ensure that any concerns are addressed in a timely manner. You will be expected to act professionally and maintain confidentiality within your role at all times, sharing all relevant information with Randstad to ensure the best possible service to your students whilst respecting and maintaining boundaries.
You will also need to have access to your own equipment (i.e. laptop) to be able to take notes on and be comfortable in sending these across to students via email.
Successful applicants will be invited to take part in a video call interview followed by a typing test and note‑taking assessment.
