Job summary

Cygnet Group is recruiting for a Specialist Night Support Worker at Broughton Lodge in the UK. The role involves night shifts (8 pm–8 am) to support adults with autism and learning disabilities in a specialist enhanced residential service.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outcome-based care, with a clear progression plan and opportunities for apprenticeship schemes. DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Confident support worker with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check as part of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach.
• Deliver specialist support interventions alongside a clinical team.
• Provide guidance and emotional support to service users.
• Adapt help to individuals’ specific needs and develop personalised support plans.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs as required and report promptly.
• Safeguard the most vulnerable and maintain a safe, clean environment at all times.
