The West Herts Community Neurological Rehabilitation Service is a specialist team supporting adults with conditions such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, motor neurone disease, acquired brain injury, and complex post‑stroke presentations.

Our MDT includes:
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Physiotherapists
  • Clinical Psychologists
  • Specialist Nurses
  • Rehabilitation Assistants
  • Skilled Administrators

We maintain strong links with local health and social care organisations, voluntary groups, and national networks.

Our base is Harpenden Memorial Hospital, a newly refurbished, bright, and spacious building with:

As an Occupational Therapist in our service, you’ll apply your assessment, treatment, and evaluation skills in a variety of settings. Patients are seen in clinic, at home, in community venues, or virtually. You’ll deliver both individual and group programmes, with creativity encouraged in design and approach.
