Randstad Student & Worker Support is seeking a Specialist Mentor ASC to support students with autism and SPLDs at the University of Creative Arts. This part-time role starts September 2026 for the 2026/2027 academic year.

You will deliver individualized academic support, create learning plans, and guide students toward success. NAS training modules are required, with support provided to obtain them and access to training materials.

Randstad is actively seeking a dedicated Specialist Mentor ASC to join our team. This role provides individualized academic support, developing personalized learning plans, and guiding students towards success. We are expediting the hiring process to find the right candidate quickly.

As part of the eligibility criteria for this role, we require candidates to have completed the relevant National Autistic Society (NAS) training modules.

If you have not yet completed these modules, don't worry - we are happy to support you in obtaining them. You will be provided with direct access to the required training materials. The training costs approximately £180 per hour, and successful completion is necessary prior to commencing the role.

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from the National Autistic Society, which can serve as a valuable addition to your professional profile. This certification is widely recognised and can strengthen your CV when applying for roles that support individuals with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse conditions.
