We are seeking to appoint a substantive Specialist in the Community, Frailty & Therapy Care Group to join a team of Consultants on the south bank. Consultants & Specialists already in place manage care on the acute hospital sites; however this is a newly formed role to manage frailty within urgent & emergency care across our UEC footprint and also cover of the acute frailty ward at SGH.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to be appointed as Honorary Senior Lecturer at Hull York Medical School (HYMS). This honorary appointment recognises contribution to teaching and research; holders of honorary titles may request access to HYMS and University premises and facilities, systems and library services.

As a key member of our team, you will support patients living at home or in community settings, with the aim of improving quality of life, preventing hospital admissions, and managing complex health needs.
