Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a friendly Dietitian to join the Community Dietetic Team delivering care across Fylde Coast All Age Eating Disorder Service. The post is based at Moor Park Health and Leisure Centre, Blackpool, with travel around the area as required.

You will assess and implement care plans for patients in their own homes, care homes and community locations, and contribute to training of health care professionals while supporting IT systems that enable

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly, enthusiastic, confident Dietitian to become part of the Community Dietetic Team delivering community healthcare within the Fylde Coast All Age Eating Disorder Service. The permanent post will be based at Moor Park Health and Leisure Centre in Blackpool but flexibility may be required to work and travel around the area., Your role will involve the assessment and implementation of care plans for patients in their own home, care homes and community locations including community hospitals. Assist in the training of health care professionals and carers and maintenance of IT systems that support patient care. Offering expert knowledge to a Multi Disciplinary Team.
