A community healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a passionate School Nurse to join their 0-19 Healthy Child Programme team. This role involves promoting good health and preventing ill health among young people and families. Successful candidates will work within an integrated team and play a vital role in supporting communities. We have vacancies within our North and South Locality School Nursing teams. Successful candidates will be located within either location depending on available positions.
To ensure the accessibility and quality of our services, we offer a SPA service for all families with children aged 5-19 years residing in these areas.
