School Nurse - Cambridgeshire North or South Locality

Are you enthusiastic, resilient, excited to embrace change and passionate about providing an excellent service to families in our localities? If so, Cambridgeshire Community Services 0-19 Healthy Child Programme (School Nursing) would welcome you to join our team.

Applications will be welcomed from experienced and School Nurses due to qualify.

We have vacancies within our North and South Locality School Nursing teams. Successful candidates will be located within either location depending on available positions.

To ensure the accessibility and quality of our services, we offer a SPA service for all families with children aged 5-19 years residing in these areas.

School Nurses do this through raising awareness of and identifying unmet health needs, and initiating, developing, implementing, and evaluating plans of care
