Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of children and families from diverse cultural backgrounds? As a Health Visitor in our team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering universal, enhanced, and intensive health services that uplift and empower communities across Oldham.

Responsibilities

Be responsible and accountable for the operational caseload management of a 0-5 yrs universal or targeted caseload and the delivery of high-quality programmes of care to infants, children and their families using a multidisciplinary approach. Deliver the 0-5 yrs Healthy Child Programme Public Health Nursing.

  • Engage in meaningful research, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based practices
  • Be a part of shaping the future of our integrated service by developing new initiatives that respond to the needs of our community
