As a Specialist Cargo Underwriter, you'll be part of a collaborative team that's focused on profitable growth and long-term broker relationships. You'll underwrite Marine Cargo risks, applying sound judgement and strategic thinking to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with our appetite.

You'll make an impact by:

• Underwriting and negotiating new and/or renewal Property & Liability business within your authority
• Building and maintaining excellent broker relationships through regular engagement
• Applying pricing strategies and risk assessment techniques to drive profitable growth
• Collaborating with colleagues to share insights and improve underwriting practices
• Contributing to process improvements and supporting broker team ideas
• Representing our brand at broker meetings, industry events and field visits as needed

Your skills and experience

To be successful in your role of Commercial Property & Liability Underwriter you will require:

• Experience in Commercial Property and/or Liability Underwriting
• A sharp eye for detail and a head for strategyli>
