A dedicated recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a Specialist Abuse Support Manager to lead a team supporting male victims of interpersonal abuse. 📍 Location: Sandwell based, covering the Black Country
💼 Salary: £34,946 - £39,863 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
🕓 Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) (some flexibility and occasional out-of-hours work required)
🚗 Travel required across the Black Country therefore you must be able to drive

We're looking for a compassionate, proactive Specialist Abuse Support Manager to lead a dedicated team supporting male victims of interpersonal abuse across the Black Country. This is a vital frontline management role, providing trauma-informed support to men affected by domestic abuse, sexual violence, stalking, honour‑based abuse, forced marriage, and other forms of interpersonal violence. You'll shape the service's ongoing development, strengthen partnerships, and ensure that the voices of male survivors are at the heart of everything we do.
You'll be an empathetic, resilient leader with a strong understanding of interpersonal abuse and its impact on men. You'll have experience managing or supervising support teams, working within safeguarding frameworks, and advocating for vulnerable people with complex needs.
