Job description

Specialist trauma therapy role providing daily support and supervision to Physiotherapists working within the team and across the wider Trust.

Specialist assessment and treatment of complex clinical caseload and support for other team members with their treatment plans and clinical reasoning to facilitate safe and timely discharge. Expert in respiratory physio, complex MSK trauma and neuro trauma.

Organises and provides clinical supervision, teaching, completion of audit and service improvement projects.
