The Special Works Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering specialist cleaning projects that fall outside of our routine contract cleaning, this includes Carpet and Window Cleaning, this is a hands‑on cleaning role where you will ensure that all special works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
The role requires flexibility as many of the jobs are carried out either early morning, late evening and on weekends, you will often work across multiple sites and coordinating with the wider operations team to meet project deadlines and compliance requirements
You are a hands‑on and motivated Special Works Lead with good communication skills. You take pride in delivering high-quality results and have a keen eye for detail. With experience in specialist areas of Carpet and Window cleaning as well as carrying out deep cleaning operations, you are confident in managing workloads and engaging effectively with clients and colleagues. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring that every project runs smoothly, safely, and to exceptional standards.
