RSM’s Special Situations Group is a partner‑led team that integrates expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and restructuring to deliver tailored solutions for businesses navigating significant change or financial distress. Supporting both sell‑side and buy‑side stakeholders, the team works with corporates, lenders, and other financial stakeholders across the UK and globally, providing dynamic transaction support to achieve optimal outcomes.
