A leading consulting firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to manage major cladding and fire safety remediation projects. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations while managing multiple projects and teams. The ideal candidate has experience in large-scale projects and strong stakeholder engagement skills. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on building safety and compliance.
Cobalt is working with a respected London housing association to recruit experienced Project Surveyors to deliver major cladding and fire safety remediation projects across their portfolio.
This is a crucial role within their Latent Defects and Special Projects team - overseeing complex post-construction remediation works that make a tangible impact on residents' safety and building compliance.
Our client is a long-established housing provider with a strong social purpose and commitment to safety, compliance, and quality homes. You'll join a small, fast-paced team delivering one of the most significant safety improvement programmes in the organisation's history.
As a Special Projects Surveyor, you'll take ownership of multiple cladding and fire safety remediation schemes from procurement through to completion. You'll act as the client representative, managing external consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and on budget.
We're looking for confident, delivery-minded professionals who thrive on responsibility and ownership.
