Safran is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead for Special Processes at Seats GB, London. You will define and lead the implementation of QA across development and sustaining phases, liaising with SST and cross-BU to harmonise processes.

You will own on-site, MRO and external supply chain QA operations, coordinating audits, driving health and safety adherence, and acting as the primary focal point for UK regulatory matters with customers and suppliers.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing required.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and improvement tools.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering knowledge.
• Preferred AS9100 Lead Assessor, EASA Part 21/145, NADCAP certifications beneficial.
• Experience with internal/external quality standards and non-conformity identification.
• Knowledge of Special Process Health and Safety rules and 8D analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the implementation of Special Processes Quality Assurance across development and sustaining phases.
• Act as liaison with SST and cross-BU to harmonise processes and ensure compliance.
• Own and manage Special Processes QA operations (on-site / MRO / external supply chain).
• Coordinate audits and surveillance with SQA or M&P to implement the plan.
• Monitor audit certifications using ETQ and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Lead reviews with Subject Matter Experts and monitor QA KPIs.
