Job summary

London South East Academies Trust is seeking a Teaching Assistant (Bank Staff) to provide flexible cover for Manor Mead School in Virginia Water. The role is zero hours with hours offered as needed during term time, supporting pupils with severe learning difficulties and complex needs.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work school term time on an ad-hoc basis, when cover is required.
• Experience in education or caring roles is advantageous; training provided.
• Willingness to support pupils with complex needs within a satellite provision.

Responsibilities

• Support the educational and care needs of the pupils attending the satellite provision at Virginia Water.
• Work alongside existing staff to provide consistent cover and maintain a calm, structured environment.
