Job summary

Beckfoot Phoenix welcomes an experienced Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SNTA) to join our dedicated team. You will support learning, promote inclusion, and help pupils achieve their full potential in a calm, safe environment.

The role is permanent, part-time (32.5 hours/week) during term time plus 5 days, with hours from 8.45am to 3.15pm, Monday to Friday. You will collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to our inclusive ethos.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SNTA) who is committed to supporting the learning of students to join our dedicated team at Beckfoot Phoenix. You will work alongside teaching staff to support learning, promote inclusion, and help all students to achieve their full potential. You will build strong relationships, model our values of Enjoy-Learn-Succeed, and help create a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment. We are looking for someone who:
