Job summary

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated role in Sutton to support special needs students one-on-one in activities such as words, talking, and life skills. You will contribute across swimming, music, art, sports, and cooking to help pupils make friends and engage with learning.

This long-term, full-time position runs Monday to Thursday, with a potential to become permanent. You’ll work with college-age pupils (16+) and can access training while you work, with easy public transport access.

• You are supportive and can encourage pupils to engage with learning and eachother.

Responsibilities

• Support special needs students one-on-one with words, talking and life skills.
• Assist in classes like swimming, music, art, and sports to foster social interaction.
• Work with therapy teams (e.g., speech therapists) where applicable.
• Train on the job and contribute to a safe, positive learning environment.
