This role is ideal for individuals from a variety of professional and personal backgrounds who are looking to build a meaningful career supporting children and young people with additional needs.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pupils feel safe, supported and confident in their learning. Working closely with teachers and specialist staff, you will support pupils on a one‑to‑one basis or in small groups, adapting your approach to meet individual needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
