About the School

A friendly and inclusive specialist school in Ealing is seeking a caring and dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. You will be working with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, speech and language difficulties, or social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), helping them to access learning and reach their full potential.

Your Role
  • Provide 1:1 or small‑group support for pupils with SEN.
  • Implement learning, communication, and behaviour support strategies.
  • Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to adapt activities and resources.
  • Support children's social and emotional development throughout the school day.
  • Promote inclusion, wellbeing, and safeguarding at all times.

    • Patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children with SEN.
    • Ideally experienced in an education, childcare, or SEN setting (training provided).
    • A confident communicator who works well in a team.
    • Flexible, proactive, and keen to learn.
    • Able to commit full‑time during term‑time.
