This welcoming complex needs school in Birmingham is seeking a Special Needs Teacher to join their dedicated team, teaching pupils with a range of complex learning, communication and sensory needs.

As a Special Needs Teacher, you will work with small groups of pupils, supported by experienced Teaching Assistants, ensuring every child receives a personalised and engaging learning experience. This role requires a QTS Teacher with previous SEN teaching experience.

Job role:
  • Teaching a small class of pupils with complex needs, adapting lessons to meet individual targets.
  • Creating a safe, structured and nurturing classroom environment.

  • Using creative and multi-sensory approaches to engage all learners.
  • Communicating effectively with parents, colleagues and external professionals.
