Special Needs Assistant – Primary SEN School, Dibden

Special Needs Assistant role at a small SEN school on the outskirts of Southampton in Dibden/Hythe. The school caters to children with autism and other associated needs, aged 4‑11 years.

Primary duties include providing support to children with autism on a 1:1 and small group basis, assisting with personal care duties, and supporting individualised learning plans.

Responsibilities
  • Work with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
  • Assist with personal care duties.

  • Participate in a warm, non-hierarchical team environment.
