Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 per annum (Depending on Experience)

As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, personalised education to pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. Working closely with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals, you will ensure every learner receives tailored support to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess inclusive and engaging lessons tailored to pupils with special educational needs.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs and encourage continuous progress.

• Monitor and record pupil progress, maintaining accurate academic and pastoral documentation.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
