Do you have a background in Facilities Management or SPC Management? Experience of operating and managing PFI Projects? Would you like to join an award-winning leader in the PFI space? If so, this could be the job for you.

Role: SPC Manager aka SPC General Manager, PFI Operations Manager, PFI Performance Manager, PFI Compliance Manager, SPV Manager

Location: Home Based with travel to Oxford and Daventry

Salary: up to 72K + 30% Bonus + 7.35K Car + 10% Pension

The role

To oversee two Healthcare/hospital PFI contracts in Oxford and Daventry.

You

We seek candidates with a background in FM or similar, with excellent project and organizational skills, and experience working on PFI Projects.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop financial and operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient conduct of the SPC.
  • Ensure the implementation of the SPC H&S monitoring regime.
  • Assist with preparing statutory reports, returns, statistics, and accounts in line with legal requirements and operational contracts.
  • Monitor quality assurance of services provided by operating companies and third-party providers, including Project Compliance review monitoring.
  • Implement programs and administer agreements to maximize shareholder returns and commercial income.
  • Assist in delivering the budget for the PFI Operations business.
