Job summary

James Hall & Co. Ltd. in Penrith, Cumbria, is hiring a Retail Assistant for 16 hours per week, evenings and weekends.

You’ll be at the heart of delivering great service in our SPAR Burrowgate store, working with a friendly team to ensure the store runs smoothly and customers have a positive experience. Responsibilities include delivering excellent service to maximise sales, operating the till, handling cash, managing stock, reducing waste, and maintaining store security.

About the Role

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of providing fantastic service to our customers. You’ll work with a friendly, supportive team, helping the store run smoothly while ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
