Qualifications

• 7+ years PQE in finance leadership.
• Experience managing mid-sized teams (12–15+).
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Big Four audit background is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely financial reporting, improve month-end processes.
• Oversee statutory reporting and audits with compliance.
• Monitor cashflow and develop performance tracking tools.
• Champion process automation and strengthen internal controls.
• Provide strategic leadership to the UK Accounting Team.
