Job description

A gaming related product manufacturer is seeking a Sales representative (acting as a Country Manager) who can speak Spanish, Japanese, and English fluently. You will be in charge of business communication and expansion within the Spanish market.

Location: South London (SW18)

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 – 17:30 (5 days on-site)

Visa: Sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales activities with retailers and distributors across the EU and beyond
  • Provide marketing support: sales analysis, ad planning, and sales forecasting
  • Acquire licensing agreements with hardware and software makers
  • Translate product information, manuals, websites, and business documents (Japanese ⇔ English ⇔ Spanish)
  • Provide interpretation when required
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage business-related contracts
  • Research patents and IP matters within the gaming industry
  • Manage bank accounts and petty cash
  • Support resident officers, loan employees, and expatriate staff
  • Oversee day-to-day operations with minimal supervision
  • Troubleshoot issues, handle inquiries from partners, and resolve complaints
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 1 year of office experience (preferably in Sales / B2B customer service)
  • Native level Spanish, Fluent English, Fluent Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred), additional European language are a strong plus
  • Experience of working or living in Japan is highly beneficial
  • Strong interest in digital, gaming, or entertainment industries is an advantage
  • Good understanding of Japanese corporate culture and working style
  • Excellent communication skills and a flexible attitude
  • Comfortable working fully on-site (5 days per week)
