Job summary

JAM is seeking a Systems Engineer to contribute to the full lifecycle of space system development, from concept design to mission operations. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coherence, performance, and successful delivery of mission objectives for small satellite programmes.

You will engage in defining system-level requirements, interfaces, and perform analyses across spacecraft subsystems, with experience in ECSS/NASA standards advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems engineering within the space sector.
• Hands-on work with small satellite programmes (Microsats, Cubesats).
• Familiar with spacecraft subsystems (AOCS, Comms, EPS, Payloads, OBC/Software, OBDH).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full lifecycle of space system development from concept to mission operations.
• Define and validate system-level requirements and interfaces.
• Support or lead design, integration, and verification activities for small satellites.
• Engage with external equipment providers and bids as needed.
