Job summary

Redwire Space Marlborough, MA is seeking an organized, creative Project Manager I (Space Hardware) to support and assist our Program Managers. You will track action items, prepare reports, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to keep programs on track and within scope.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, experience leading projects and teams, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Track and follow up on program action items.
• Create reports identifying requirements, schedules, status, and test data.
• Support requests from customers and internal departments.
• Coordinate invoices, requisitions, orders, and shipping documents.
• Schedule meetings with suppliers for reviews.
• Facilitate cross-functional program communications.
• Help resolve issues and improve internal processes.
• Organize and maintain customer program documents on shared servers.
• Manage material flow to suppliers to meet objectives.
• Track program status against milestones.
• Identify issues and track resolutions.
• Communicate needs and goals with team.
• Travel up to 10%.
