Job summary

Lúnasa Ltd. in the United Kingdom seeks an Embedded Software Engineer to join our growing team at the heart of space engineering projects.

You will design, implement, review, test, and document production software for edge computers and satellite navigation systems used in ISAM activities. The role requires at least 2 years in industry, preferably in space, with strong MATLAB, Python and C++ skills for embedded systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industry experience, preferably in space.
• Strong skills in MATLAB, Python and C++ for embedded systems.
• Experience with hardware debugging and performance characterization.
• Excellent documentation of engineering work and reports.
• Ability to work in fast-paced agile teams and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements analysis with stakeholders to meet customer needs.
• Create architecture and design documentation for new software features.
• Deliver tested software for embedded real-time systems using Python and C++.
• Develop and run unit/integration tests and debug on target hardware.
