Salary: Grade 5 is £39,361 - £43,104 per annum (commensurate to experience) including London Weighting.

About the Role

Join our dynamic Estates team and take a pivotal role in continuing to transform how our school manages the Estates and critically uses its space.

We’re seeking a experienced detail‑driven proactive Space and Technician to bring their expertise to support strategic Estate planning through data analysis, CAD design, and be part of cross‑department collaboration.

This is a hands‑on role where colleagues will rely on your expertise, ambition and precision to support managing a complex Estate. You’ll be critical to support the school to ensure our Estate continues to create a leading environment for our students, partners and wider school community.

Key will be you analysing how space is used and meeting utilisation targets, coupled with your proven skills and experience to lead on multiple design developments for minor projects and re‑purpose space as well as being central to operational and long‑term management of the Estate through our CAFM system.
