About you

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Welcome Host to join our team full‑time (37 hours per week) at the stunning St Sidwell's Point in Exeter. As part of Exeter Leisure, you'll have the chance to showcase your talents in our cutting‑edge Leisure Hub. Working alongside our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding spa journey for every guest. About the role

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of daily spa operation, recognise and prioritise tasks, act as the main point of communication for guests, team and management, to ensure smooth spa performance.
• Consistently assist each guest in every step of their spa journey, deliver high standard of hospitality and customer care (phone, email, face to face).
• Book spa treatment reservations in the most efficient and accommodating way, with adequate knowledge and understanding of spa services.
• Ensure the optimal level of standards in all spa facilities at all times – adapt the regular routine checks to make sure that thermal facilities, outdoor terrace, spa lounge and changing rooms are always clean and presentable and meet high visual aesthetic expectations.
