Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and genuine passion for health and wellness.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and varied shifts.
• Desirable to have NVQ Level 3 or be working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures and pedicures tailored to guests.
• Provide professional, high-quality service for a relaxing experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and correct use of spa equipment.
• Build relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Promote spa services, offers and products based on consultations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to enhance skills.
• Adhere to all company health and safety guidelines.
