We are recruiting an exceptional Spa Therapist to join a prestigious Estate Spa team. This role requires an outstanding standard of client care, impeccable presentation, and the ability to deliver high‑end treatments within a luxury environment.
You will act as an ambassador for the Estate, ensuring every guest experiences the highest level of professionalism, warmth, and service excellence. Accommodation available a short walking distance away from the Spa.
What we are looking for
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification in beauty, massage, and body treatments.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Spa Therapist within a luxury spa, hotel, or high‑end salon environment.
- Experience in massage and facials.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Fully trained across a variety of therapy disciplines (multi‑skilled therapists encouraged to apply).
- Ability to be self‑motivate and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi‑task, be efficient and professional when working under pressure.
- A positive, friendly, and polished approach with a strong team spirit.
Spa Treatments & Client Care
- Carry out treatments to the highest professional standard following your own professionalism and internal protocols.
- Maintain expert knowledge of all treatments, products, and wellness offerings within the spa. Training with Bamford is provided.
- Complete thorough client consultations, ensuring suitability for treatments and products, with accurate medical history checks.
- Provide personalised aftercare recommendations aligned with guest needs and concerns.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times, in line with GDPR and the high‑profile nature of guests.
Spa Operations
- Support the daily running of the spa, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain immaculate hygiene standards in line with Health & Safety and the Estate’s operating standards.
- Monitor maintenance issues, raise work orders where required, and follow through to completion.
- Carry out stock control duties, ensuring appropriate product levels and communicating monthly orders to the Estate Manager.
- Uphold exceptional presentation in all spa areas and ensure consistent readiness for guest use.
Team & Professional Standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Attend training sessions, team meetings, and personal development programmes as required.
- Manage guest feedback or complaints professionally, escalating to management where needed.
- Demonstrate punctuality, strong work ethic, and adherence to grooming and uniform standards at all times.
