About the Opportunity

An exciting part‑time opportunity exists for a Spa Therapist to join our team at RACV Torquay Resort.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Therapist to join our RACV Spa team. This role is ideal for a qualified professional who is committed to delivering exceptional service to members, guests, and visitors. As a Day Spa Therapist, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the spa, performing advanced treatments and supporting the Spa Management Team in achieving service excellence and business growth.

While remedial massage experience is welcomed and highly regarded, it is not required for this role. We encourage applicants with a strong background in spa therapies who are eager to grow their skills in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of professional spa treatments including massage, facials, body exfoliations and rituals.
  Maintain treatment rooms, spa equipment, and member amenities to high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Monitor product levels and support monetary management processes.
• Contribute to team morale and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and increase spa attendance and revenue.
• Stay current with industry trends and participate in ongoing training and development.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy (or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in a spa environment, ideally within a hotel or independent operator.
• OH&S certification and Level 2 First Aid preferred.
• Multi-modality qualifications and previous shift work experience.

Due to the 7day/week nature of the operation, flexibility is required to assist with occasional unscheduled or on call duties and will require a presence on weekends.
